Ludwig Palacio - Managing Partner & Co-Producer

Dr. Ludwig Palacio was born in Punta Gorda on the 28^th of April, 1963.  He has been writing Prose and Poetry, Plays, Pantomime, Skits and Short Stories since he was a teenager.  He graduated from the Belmopan Comprehensive School.  In 1983 he went to Cuba where he studied Veterinary Medicine.  He continued writing and joined a Club of Amateur Poets.  The Poem Mi Tierra Es Linda was published in a major newspaper. He currently lives with his family in Punta Gorda, Belize with his family. Xanthe Films looks forward to working with Ludwig and helping him complete his first feature length film -- "AGADA."

Bianca A. Sisson - Executive Vice President, Media Relations

Bianca Sisson majored in Journalism with a minor in Public Relations at Eastern Illinois University. She was Assistant Editor for Gloss Magazine, an online magazine that focuses on pop-culture and is relevant to young trendsetting African American women and was also Editor-In-Chief for Minority Today, a publication by EIU.

Gwen Barker - Film Student, University of Iowa

Ms. Barker is a motivated passionate film student who will be graduating from the University of Iowa in May with degrees in both Cinema and Communications. She has also interned for WTTW and Big Shoulders Digital Productions.

Darwin Blanco - Chief Executive Officer, Geneziz Apparel

Mr. Blanco is a musician and CEO of Geneziz Apparels in Los Angeles, CA. He was born in Punta Gorda, Belize and moved to the United States to enlist in the Army before retiring and starting his company. As a musician, Mr. Blanco has appeared on screen in films along with his band.

Matt Castagna - Producer, 10x Productions

Matt Castagna has been a Christian missionary most of his life serving in the Amazon and Central America. He and his family are currently based in Littleton, CO where he is a producer with the Christian film, "The Enemy God" which is currently being filmed in Southern Belize.

Adam Dick - Film Student, Depaul University

Mr. Dick is currently attending Depaul University for an M.A. in Screenwriting. His experience in film education started when he was a Cherub at the National High School Institute's film program at Northwestern University. Since then, he has produced one 8 minute film and is currently co-producing an independent feature documentary about illegal immigration. He has also completed one feature length screenplay and several short fiction scripts.

He was also a feature film critic for the LFC Stentor which culminated in his participation in a roundtable interview with Spike Jonze, Charlie Kauffman and Nicholas Cage.

Brian Haag - Founder, Big Medicine NFP

Mr. Haag is a general contractor and the founder of Big Medicine, NFP. He has lived in Chicago for the past fifteen years and is actively involved in conservation efforts around the city.

Wil Maheia - Founder & former Executive Director, TIDE (Belize)

Wil Maheia is the former Executive Director of TIDE, an environmental non-governmental organization that he founded in 1997. A true conservationist and now political contender, he has achieved many goals for the people of Belize especially the Toledo District where TIDE is based. Mr. Maheia is from Forest Home Village in the Toledo District.

Kristy Van Meter - Film Student, Columbia College

Kristy Van Meter is building a career working with Film, Television, Video and Multi-media. Her strengths incorporates exceptional communication, outstanding management skills among multiple projects with teams of artistic personalities. proficiency with the latest production equipment and applications and always able to take initiative in solving problems.
